You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, provided it has not yet been accepted or preparation has not begun. Once our kitchen has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:
Cancellation requests are handled on a best-efforts basis. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been acknowledged by our team.
If your cancellation request is approved before preparation begins, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method:
If your order has already entered preparation, a refund may not be possible. We will assess each case individually and communicate the outcome to you promptly.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order due to ingredient unavailability, store closure, or other operational reasons. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund to your original payment method.
